You're not meeting with a clinician.

You're spending time outdoors with someone who has personally navigated depression, anxiety, traumas, and suicidal ideation - and understands how heavy and isolating those feelings can be.

Walk & Talk
A private, guided outdoor walk designed to create space for honest conversation and clearer thinking. The pace is relaxed. The focus isn't distance -- it's perspective.
E-Bike & Talk
A private, guided outdoor experience with a touch of adventure, riding on e-bikes to create a steady, comfortable rhythm for conversation.
A great option if being on the water feels like too much -- while keeping the same intention and space for reflection.

Executive/Management Experience
Do you recall Darcy from Paddle Forward has 30 years of business experience and is an MBA? Are you a manager or executive who is burning out, and you just need someone to understand? This is a custom full-day experience where we join up at your workplace and see if we can't work together to find some ways to identify and cope with the issues that are deteriorating your mental health.

If you want a really unique experience, have a guided kayak paddle experience in a calm, natural setting. We move at an easy, comfortable pace -- no experience required.
