Real conversations about mental health, lived experiece, and what people don't always see.

I speak about mental health from a place of lived experience -- not theory.

My background includes of 30 years in business and finance, along with personal experience navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and suicide ideation.

What I bring to speaking is a unique combination of life lessons, learned experience, and learned lessons, regarding coping with mental health challenges -- and knowing when to get help.
